Selfish Anger Abounds in Foolishness and Cruelty
...for in their anger they slew a man, and in their selfwill they digged down a wall. Cursed be their anger, for it was fierce; and their wrath, for it was cruel: (Genesis 49:6b-7a).
Angry people do things they would not normally do when they are not angry.
1. Have you ever been so mad you said or did some things you wish you wouldn't have?
2. Not only did these guys violently murder many people, they took their swords and cut the tendons in the back of the oxen's legs to lame them, just out of sheer meanness and cruelty! What does God say in the following verses about the foolishness of anger?

2.well from so of the verses put together, that a foolish man is of anger and that if your slow to wrath has great understanding so in my own words, your stpuid to be foolish and have anger.

Proverbs 14:29 - anger promotes foolishness and a lack of wisdom
Proverbs 29:22 - anger causes us to cause problems and to sin

2.well a lot of differnt things like the angry won't be liked and it doesn't make you happier but it causes problems.

1.well one time i got so mad at my mom i told her i hated her, and in my hear i was thinking that i wanted her to die but that was VERY wrong.

2. When we are angry, we do things that are dumb and not what we should. Our inhibitions are lessened.
